Chanderpur Group designs and manufactures high-performance Rotary Packer Machines ranging from 2 to 16 spouts, ideal for semi and fully automatic operations. Our bag packing lines are engineered for diverse powdered materials and built to deliver speed, accuracy, and efficiency in industrial-scale packaging environments.

CPG Rotary Packer Machine is capable of packing upto 4,800 bags per hour (for 50 Kg & 25 Kg bags). Designed with advanced vertical impellers and integrated weighing mechanisms, the Pack Pro allows simultaneous filling and weighing with minimal dust and material loss. Each spout operates independently and is equipped with a dedicated electronic unit for precise control of bag weight.

Advantages
  • Independent Spout Functionality: Each spout independently fills between 10 kg - 50 kg of cement or powder bags with minimal air usage.
  • Low Spillage: The impeller pushes cement gently, and low-pressure air is only used for fluidization, ensuring low material spillage.
  • Accurate Bag Weight: Bags remain on the nozzle until the microprocessor confirms the target weight achieved, ensuring every bag meets quality weighing standards.
  • Smart Discharge: Bags are only released to the discharge conveyor after precise weight verification and gate closure.
  • Flow Control Excellence: Flow is regulated by a Vertical Slide Gate operated by a 3-position pneumatic cylinder, ensuring accurate and consistent filling.
  • Reduced Clogging: Ring aeration at the back of the nozzle reduces clogging, especially during continuous operations.
  • Bagging accuracy can be achieved within ± 100 grams, based on an average of 20 bags.
