Huge Savings On Diesel Cost By Using CPG Dual Fuel Gasifier

CPG is manufacturing & supplying Dual Fuel Gasifier systems for Power Generation. A Diesel Engine can be operated on dual fuel mode using the producer gas, produced by the Gasifier system. Diesel substitution of over 70% at high can be achieved. The running of Diesel engines in Dual Fuel mode by Biomass Gasifier is extremely environmentally friendly. Exhaust emissions after installation of the Gasifier are almost equivalent to CNG and acceptable under all environmental norms.

Capacity

We are Manufacturing Gasifiers from 20 kWe to 1200 kWe capacity. Suitable for 34 KVA diesel engine to 2000 KVA diesel engine.

Fuels

Wood, Bamboo, Woodchips, Coconut shells, Briquettes of several residues, Cashew-nut shells, Wheat/ Rice husk, Pine Needles, etc. can be used in our Gasifier System. Our Gasifier can also run-on Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) obtained from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW).

As a rule of thumb, 1 Liter Diesel is replaced by 5Kg Biomass of CV around 3000 - 3500 Kcal/Kg

Success Story

We have supplied Gasifier (Rice Husk) Model CPW – 120L to Jawahar Industries, Mirzapur, U.P for power generation in Dual Fuel Application.

Before installing our Gasifier, they were using 22 liters/hour of diesel with 125KVA Diesel Genset, but after the commissioning of our Gasifier, it is running only on 6 liters of diesel + 96 kg of rice husk/hour. So, Producer gas fed to D. G. set replaced 72% of their Diesel consumption

Advantage

  • Existing Diesel Engines (after minor modification) can be used with our Gasifier system. The engine can run anytime on 100% diesel or 70% gas + 30% diesel.
  • Low cost per kW of energy generated among all renewable energy sources. Easy to operate and maintain
  • Extremely Clean emission, environmentally sound technology
  • Replace the fossil fuels and treated them as renewable energy products. Therefore, gasifiers are eligible for Carbon Credits.
