With proven track record of offering quality turnkey solutions for sugar projects, we have emerged as the winner of the industry. The range of our sugar manufacturing plant are from 500 TCD to 10000 TCD, our sugar projects are based on sugar cane as raw material.

We manufacture Brick Manufacturing Plant & Machinery for making bricks out of clay. The capacity of our brick machine is 2,500 - 3,000 Bricks Per Hour . This machine is basically an Extrusion Machine. The machine has three parts :

1. Mixer Chamber : In this chamber, the clay is fed with the help of Belt Conveyors and the water is sprayed. With the help of mixers, the clay is properly moisturized in this chamber.

2. Extrusion Chamber : In this chamber, the clay is extruded through a die. The size of die can be made as per customer's requirement .The die can also be used for making hollow bricks, perforated bricks and designer bricks.

3. Cutting Table : After coming from Extrusion chamber, the clay columns are cut by a wire cutting machine and then the bricks are taken to the drying sheds for initial drying.

This machine is run by 72 HP Motors.

Besides the above, we have supplied more than 65 Brick Machines.

We offer turnkey solutions for lime projects by offering lime processing plant and lime processing machinery for quick lime, hydrated lime and calcium carbonate. Some features of our lime projects include:

We undertake special projects as per customer's drawing & design. Using our years of experience, we develop the entire project, in which the customer give us only the concept of the project. Afterwards, we complete general arrangement drawings, complete manufacturing drawings, equipment manufacturing and commission of the projects.
