We have purchased 100 TPD VSK cement plant from M/s. Chanderpur Works

We have adopted the VSK Technology, keeping in mind that we may not be getting the cement of 52 Grade, but to our surprise, the cement produced by us is having strength more than 52 Grade.

Looking into the above quality of cement, we immediately placed the repeat order for the Expansion of our plant to M/s. Chanderpur Works.

M/S Chanderpur Works Pvt. Ltd. has supplied us 500TPD Clinker Grinding Unit.The Erection & Commissioning Drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals were extremely clear. The matching of parts for assembly was excellent.

The above system was so systematic that we have not even called the CPW’s Engineer for Erection & Commissioning . We called the CPW Engineer only for signing the performance protocol of the machinery supplied by them.

M/S Chanderpur Works Pvt. Ltd. has supplied us the cement mill along with material handling equipment for our Kharagpur project.

The mill size was 3 Mtr dia and 10.5Mtr length and output rate is 38 MT per hour in PPC and 32 MT per hour in OPC grinding.

The mill was supplied in August 2005 and we started production in December 2005.

The performance of mill is satisfactory and equipment supplied are good and timely. The quality of after sales service is good.

We have purchased 200TPD Cement Plant from Chanderpur Works Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2000.

The performance of the plant is quite satisfactory and the plant is running without any problem.

Looking into the performance & quality of the cement plant supplied by CPW, we have given them another order for the Expansion of above cement plant.
